I have worked with TE before, and the experience is always good. The phone assistant provided the price upfront for the service requested. I called other companies, and they need me to pay for the technician visit, regardless of the nature of the job. The technician was great, explained the Job he would do, and left some recommendations for improvements. The price was a little high, but the job quality is excellent.

Apr 03 2024. Arrived to find bathroom fixtures and floor removed with full access to most plumbing. Upon looking at the setup and talking to the homeowner, it is advised that the tub be done before the shower due to access to the tub's drain and valves being blocked by the shower. The thermostatic shower valve was roughed in. And the water lines for the two sinks were moved from the floor to the wall. Homeowner requested and approved that the subfloor be cut in order to move the sink water lines. This is a multi stage process that is to be completed in a series of visits, more of a play by ear scenario. Homeowner will request us when GC work is done.
After completing evaluation of the upstairs system, the client had mentioned that we already gave him a quote to repair the line he mention he would like for us to update the quote because he has to open the wall for us to get to the line set and complete the repairs. He said in about two weeks. He will call the office to let us know when it’s OK for us to come to come back to his house and complete all the work. Also, I recommended a quote for a new system due to their system already being eight years old, the outdoor we’re gonna be installing a kickstart. Also, we all the repair we going to install the West switch and the SS one because there is the equipment is not equipped with any of them. The client also asked if we can just tap the unit with refrigerant give him time To get the sheet rack removed and have everything ready for us to come back. Charge upstairs system with 2 pounds of 410 refrigerant
