This was my first time using TE Certified and will definitely use them again for future needs. Nathan and Kelvin (plumbing) were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called while on his way and arrived within the scheduled arrival time. I am replacing a 1989-era dishwasher and needed both electrical and plumbing work done before it could be installed. I was pleased with the service and overall experience, from scheduling to work completed, to their workmanship warranty.
This was my first experience with TC Certified and it has been great. I will certainly use them again in the future. I am replacing a dishwasher from 1989 and there was both electrical and plumbing work that had to be done. It was easy to schedule with TE, they sent a reminder text and a call to let me know they were on their way and Carlos (electrician part) was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
As most of the jobs that I have performed with TE, Martin clearly explained to me the different options available and provided pros/cons of each. Everything is working as expected, and left everything clean. The price might be higher that other companies, but it worth it having the security the job is professionally done.
I needed some electrical jobs done in my home, and Luis Lopez from TE Certified was a great worker and did a flawless job. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable in his field of work. His attitude was great and I feel confident allowing him to repair my home.
